Payments & Deposits
SUPREME Car Rent accepts both non-cash payments (credit/debit cards or bank transfer) and cash payments (EUR only).
For online payments, the transaction is processed in Euro (EUR). If the customer’s card is not issued in Euro, the conversion to EUR will be made according to the exchange rate set by the customer’s card issuer bank.
We accept the following credit and debit cards for payments: VISA, MasterCard, and Maestro.
For securing a deposit during the rental period, only VISA and MasterCard are accepted. The deposit and self-risk amount depend on the type of vehicle rented and the specific insurance package selected for your rental. For more details on insurance, please refer to the information below under the “INSURANCE” section.
Territory of use
Vehicle use is permitted only within the territory of the country where the vehicle was originally rented (Latvia). If you plan to use the car outside of Latvia, prior notice is required.
For rentals lasting between 1 and 11 days, a mileage limit of 150 km per day is applied. Exceeding this mileage will incur a fee of 0.15 – 0.45 EUR per km, depending on the type of car.
For reservations with a rental period of 12 days or more, the mileage limit is 3000 km for travel within the Baltic States, provided that the appropriate cross-border card(s) are purchased. You can select the necessary cross-border card(s) in the “additional options” section. The monthly mileage limit is also 3000 km.
Amendment & Cancellation
In case of cancellation or modification of your reservation, no additional fees are applied. This rule is applicable without time constraints.
Refund policy for pre-paid bookings: If you have pre-paid your order and decide to cancel for any reason:
- Within 24 hours from the moment of payment, the full amount will be refunded.
- After 24 hours from the moment of payment, the full amount will be refunded minus a transaction fee of 15% of the total amount.
If the client does not show up within one hour after the start of the rental period without notifying, SUPREME Car Rent reserves the right to modify the rental conditions or cancel the reservation.
Any changes to the rental conditions made by the renter at the time of vehicle collection may affect the final price that was initially offered during the online or phone booking.

Documents to present
The renter must have a valid identification card or passport with them at the time of the rental.
Age requirements
- The driver must be between 19 and 85 years old at the time of rental.
- If the driver’s age is between 19 and 23 years old, an additional charge of 20.00 EUR for the entire rental period will apply.
Driver’s license requirements
- The driver must have a valid driver’s license in their name for at least 12 months.
- An international driver’s license is required unless the driver’s license has been issued within the EU territory.
- If the driver’s driving experience (according to their driver’s license) is less than one year, an additional charge of 50.00 EUR for the entire rental period will apply.
Additional driver
- The renter is considered the main driver by default.
- An additional driver can be added for a charge of 20.00 EUR/rental.
Insurance
The basic insurance with a self-risk (CDW/Collision Damage Waiver) is included in the rental cost. The size of the self-risk depends on the chosen car group:
- Standard cars with 5 seats: Self-risk ranges from 300.00 EUR to 700.00 EUR.
- Standard cars with 7-9 seats and SUV cars: Self-risk ranges from 700.00 EUR to 800.00 EUR.
- Luxury cars: Self-risk (CDW) is calculated individually.
Responsibility for Damage
- The responsibility for damage to glass and tires is equal to the CDW self-risk of the chosen vehicle.
- Self-risk (CDW) applies to each unrelated incident.
Additional responsibility details
- Total Destruction (TD): The responsibility is 10% of the vehicle’s value.
- Theft Protection (TP): The responsibility is 10% of the vehicle’s value.
- The administration fee for an accident is 100 EUR minimum or 10% of the repair estimate amount.
Additional Insurance Options
- LCDW (50% self-risk decrease from the basic insurance CDW):
- Cost: 15.00 EUR/day (depending on rental period) or maximum 140.00 EUR/rental.
- SCDW (Full decrease of responsibility up to zero from basic insurance CDW):
- Cost: 25.00 EUR/day (depending on rental period) or maximum 240.00 EUR/rental.
- Note: SCDW does not include Total Destruction, Theft Protection, or the administration fee.
- Extra SCDW (Full decrease of all types of responsibility including CDW, Total Destruction, Theft Protection, administration fee, and a substitute vehicle within 24 hours):
- Cost: 35.00 EUR/day (depending on rental period) or maximum 330.00 EUR/rental.
Exclusions from Insurance Coverage: None of the offered insurances cover damages incurred under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect vehicle exploitation leading to a breakdown of a particular car part.
- Violation of traffic rules.
- Using the vehicle by someone who is not registered as the driver.
- Using the vehicle on unpaved roads or in countries not mentioned in the lease agreement.
- Using the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or psychotropic substances.
Vehicle Selection and Responsibility
- Vehicle Choice: “SUPREME Car Rent” strongly recommends that customers select a rental car that suits their needs, considering factors such as the number of passengers and the quantity and size of luggage. Choosing the wrong vehicle can lead to uncomfortable use, and it may result in accidental interior or exterior damage.
- Traffic Violations: Customers are responsible for any costs arising from traffic violations. They are obligated to inform the company about any unpaid traffic fines when returning the vehicle. If a customer asks “SUPREME Car Rent” to pay the fine on their behalf, a 10% commission (or a minimum of 10.00 EUR) will be applied.
- Unreported Fines: If a customer does not inform “SUPREME Car Rent” about unpaid traffic fines, and the company later receives a fine from the police, an extra penalty fee of 20.00 – 140.00 EUR will be charged depending on the fine amount.
Fuel Policy
- The car must be returned with the same fuel level it had at the time of pickup. If the fuel tank was not full upon pickup, this should be considered when refueling.
- If a customer returns the car with more fuel than it had at pickup, no compensation will be provided.
- If the car is returned with less fuel than it had at pickup, the customer will be charged for the fuel plus a 15.00 EUR refueling service fee.
Vehicle Cleanliness
- The car must be returned in the same clean condition (both inside and outside) as it was when picked up. This is necessary for a proper inspection.
- Penalty for dirty cars: If the car is returned dirty, the company reserves the right to charge a penalty without signing a check-in report:
- Exterior dirty: 10-25 EUR penalty.
- Interior dirty: 10-25 EUR penalty.
- If chemical cleaning is required to clean the interior, the penalty will reflect the direct expenses incurred for this procedure.
- Customers are responsible for the full repair costs if any interior parts are damaged.
- Cleaning methods: The use of automatic car wash systems, dry washes, or any unconventional cleaning methods is strictly prohibited.
Smoking Policy
- Smoking in the car is strictly prohibited. If the car is returned with signs of smoking, a penalty of 300.00 EUR will be applied.
Operating Time
- “SUPREME Car Rent” accepts reservations and serves clients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- In case of collecting a rental vehicle during National Holidays, an additional fee may apply. Before final confirmation, you will be informed about the exact cost for such a service.

“SUPREME Car Rent” offers a One Way Rental service for travel within the EU and Schengen Area.
One Way Rental Fees within the Baltic States
- Latvia to Estonia: 195 EUR
- Latvia to Lithuania: 195 EUR
For vehicle returns outside the Baltic States, the fee will need to be negotiated individually.

- All applicable fees and taxes (such as VAT, airport fees, etc.) within the country where the rental takes place are already included in the price list.
